20 August 2009"In general the hotel is ok. Our room, I don't know about the other rooms, was very small, without space for two people, but it was enough for us because we only were in the hotel for sleeping, no more. The bathroom was clean. The only problem is the breakfast because the living room is too small and it only can be 4 tables, but you can wait 2-3 minutes and you can go. For us, in general, was ok because our idea was only sleep, and the price is ok in comparison with the other that are better, but more expensive. I suggest that the people take it this hotel for tourism"

24 August 2010"Some of the hotel staff were not very focused on customer service. Their bar was staffed by a woman who spent all of her time watching the television and would have preferred had guests not come in for service. Interesting that most if not all of the hotel staff were Russian immigrants....who unfortunately were not very well trained in focusing on customer service. The room cleaning staff did a good job with the linens, but did not clean our dirty drinking glasses from the day before....not very well trained. The air conditioning did not work in one of our rooms. We complained about it for two days before any effort was made to help this situation."

Walked to the tower bridge and tower of london. It could of used more comfortable couches for lounging at night and a teflon pan to make scrambled eggs. Other than that, it was great."
