"1. The Wifi is not free; that should be mentioned in the information. Or better: make it free. 2.There was some misunderstanding about the breakfast: not included in the room price either. 3. One would expect in a hotel like this the possibility to make tea and/or coffee in the room."

"The air conditioning is not turned on because it is still winter however considering the week I was there it was very hot, so it will be a good think to switch from heating to cooling for the warm weather. The receptionist (Tenzin) was very helpful. She has a warm personality and never too busy to help with general info."
