  • My husband and me very much enjoyed staying at the Vip Grand Lisboa. Although not situated in the old town centre, the hotel was close to public transport, taxi's, various shops, touristic spots and nice restaurants, close to Campo Pequeno which seamed to be an excellent spot for as well lunch as dinner. The hotel services, breakfast and staff were excellent, the pool was great. The rooms have a great style with plenty of storage possibility, often hidden. I just wonder if it will be possible to keep the bathtub proply cleaned during the years. We visited Lisboa twice already but this time chose this hotel as it is situated close to our daughter's appartment were she stays for a couple of months as an Erasmus student and it seemed to be an ideal choise in various ways.

  • Sorry for my english.... service at the reception and the bar is very good, but the service in the rooms is a bit poor. were left in the corridors leading to the rooms, dirty glasses, cups and bottles. In room,used tea cups were taken away, but they don't bring clean, and other tea bags. Bath accessories: there were no slippers. The bathrooms are very nice, but impractical: sitting on the bidet, the knees against on the right the hooks for towels and on the left the toilet paper roll. After the first night, I have signalled that in the bathroom, the water coming down from the ceiling for some hours, but nothing was done. After the second night, when we woke up, the water continued to fall from the ceiling at 4 points, I called the service plan and finally we have changed the room

  • This hotel is wonderful. The treatment is very very good. The employees are very polite and professionals.
    If I return to Lisbon, I will go to this hotel
