Place of data processing
The processing of data related to the services of the Network takes place at the offices of UniTravel S.r.l site in Via Brunacci 9 / b, 30175 Venice Italy where they are handled only by authorized personnel. When you book a service provided by a third parties, the data collected are transmitted to the supplier who will provide it (eg the hotel booked) and will therefore be treated also in the places provided by the supplier according to the terms and conditions of their respective privacy policies.
 
Method of treatment
The processing of the data provided will be carried out with the help of IT, telematic and paper means, in order to guarantee its security and confidentiality, with means able to prevent the risk of loss or destruction, unauthorized access or processing. permitted, that is, to damage the integrity or confidentiality of the data.

The services offered by UniTravel are intended for adults only.
 
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data collected by UniTravel refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification, portability or complete cancellation.
 
Nature of the provision of data
The data that UniTravel requires from the User are voluntary contributions and may have, depending on the case, mandatory or optional nature. For example, to make a reservation, the provision of data such as the name of the reservation, e-mail address and credit card details to guarantee the reservation are compulsory, in the sense that their failure to provide the inability to make the reservation , while, in the same context, fields such as the address of the booker or its fax number could be optional, in the sense that their non-conferment does not make it impossible to make the reservation.
 
Types of data processed and purpose of treatment
The following are the data that are collected, on what occasion, and for what purposes.
 
Data collected during browsing
All pages of the site are protected and encrypted by the secure SSL "Secure Socket Layer" navigation protocol. While browsing the site, if you do not register and send us no communications, we collect only the data that your browser transmits to our server:

Opening a customer account or signing a contract
Pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. b DGSVO Personal data is and will continue to be collected and processed if an account is opened or if a contract is being executed. The collected data is displayed in the respective input forms. In some cases the data are transmitted to us under contracts that we stipulate with third parties who supply them. Even in such cases we will subject the use of such data to this information and according to the limits and indications provided by the subject with whom we have entered into the contract. The cancellation of your account will always be possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the address above. In such cases we file and use the data provided for the processing and execution of the contract. After the complete execution of the contract or the cancellation of your account, your data will be stored on your personal data for no more than 10 years from the end of the relationship for the purposes of service and in any case for the statutory limitation period, for over 13 months from the end of the relationship for marketing purposes. Afterwards, your data is rendered anonymous and processed for aggregate and anonymous statistical analysis.
 
Making a reservation
In this case, the provision of data is instrumental to make the reservation in such a way that failure to provide data could make it impossible to obtain the requested service. During the booking process, personal data for the collection is collected that are essential to provide the service itself. UniTravel will send all communications, including changes and cancellations, concerning the booking to the e-mail address that the User has entered in the data collection form. UniTravel may use the telephone number for urgent communications relating to the reservation made. Likewise, it will be possible to make the hotel to which the booking refers.
 
Sharing of data collected with third parties
For the opening of a user account or the execution of the contract or to process the booking made, we collaborate with various service providers who support us in whole or in part in the performance of the service. Some personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the provisions of this document. By way of example, a partial list of partners with whom we share your data to follow up your booking:

Social media
Third party cookies also include those generated by social network sites, which are offered on some pages of the UniTravel network, with the aim of promoting ("share", "like") their services.
