10 August 2010"The pictures in the website are a bit misleading but the quality of the service and professionalism of the staff are outstanding, nothing is a problem for them. In terms of breakfast the freshness of the fruits were a bit poor but again the catering staff were very friendly. Suggestion: some rooms should have a sofa with a pull out bed to allow up to two children under 12 in the parents' room free of charge. Overall very satisfied, would recommend to a friend (have done already) and would book the hotel again in future. Obrigada!"

24 April 2010"For a first time visit to Lisbon this Hotel was excellent. Getting the car into a lift to the parking area was fun too! Location is great, especially for public transport. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay there again. Free WiFi in the hotel was a great help."

28 April 2010"Nice quiet location close to the action of Lisbon city proper. The modern decor is a bit stark but the hotel and services are great. The rooms were BIG which is a shock when you travel to Europe. Splendid breakfast buffet!! I would definitely stay here again!"

24 May 2010"We read all the comments before we booked this hotel. And yes, it's on a hill, but you know Lissabon is the city of 7 hills?? To mention some where pretty steep. So, yes you'll get tired feet and aching muscles when you visit (like us) all attractions by foot. So what!? Get that lazy but moving :) My suggestion: if you can, then walk or use the public transportations. And if you can't, taxis are pretty cheap but prices can vary a little. Last but not least, talk to your receptionist asa you arrive and ask him/her where to go and what to see in the neighbourhood. Like the restaurant-area is pretty close to this hotel Principe Real and he can advice you about good restaurants. The coplete staff is very friendly."
