"The hotel in general is GREAT!! Whether its cleaniness, staff, room space and bathroom, are all GREAT. But I didn't expect the hotel to be located on a floor of a residential building. So for such room rate, I was a bit shocked. But glad the room is very nice, that made me feel better. The 'hotel' is not too centrally located. About 8 mins walk from 'Republic' metro station and it's rather quiet to walk around the area at night. It also took me much time to find the 'hotel' upon arrival, otherwise, the hotel is nice!"

"Nice hotel. Room was fairly well upgraded, and typical. We had a quad and it was small, but we managed. Bathroom was good. Location was good because we walked to most sights, or jumped on the underground if needed which is just a few blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe. Breakfast was pretty good, but not great (as expected). The servers were very friendly and made great cappuccino."

Breakfast and other restaurant options are overpriced for what is offered. We don't mind paying for value received, but are offended by gouging. We will stay there again."

We agree with reviews that the entrance is a bit concerning but the room and view were wonderful. The employe was helpful when we arrived even carrying our luggage up the stairs. The location to other Rome attractions such as the Pantheon and Castel Sant Angelo and St. Peter's was very convenient. We had a short time to visit Rome and this location made it everything we hoped it would be."

"We found this guest house to be very much as we expected. It's in a very old building, which one must consider when forming one's expectations. The best aspect is the location just next to Campo dei Fiori. Our room was to the back of the building, so noise from the street was not a problem, but we did have some rather loud pigeons just outside our window! The photos on the website make the rooms look brighter and more colourful than we found them in real life. Breakfast consists of a glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee and a pastry, but as we were having fairly large lunches we found that this was sufficient."

"The hotel is well situated, very close to Terravision bus station for transfers to/from Ciampino airport (low cost airlines), very close to the main train station (Termini) and also very close to several companies operating many different tours for the city and for the rest of Italy. This is essential when you arrive and do not want to carry your luggage around the city with you. A major drawback is the time for breakfast that starts at 7.30am, and this is the time most tours start. So as it happened to me, you will probably skip every breakfast. Apart from that, it was in general very positive and with good cleaniness."
