Welcome to Eden Park Hotel.. an exclusive resort plunged into the green and in the nature of Tuscan Countryside, just 4 km far from Pisa.
Our resort will assure you a great holiday thanks to a wide range of the offered services, 30 double-room apartments inside small cottages, equipped with an independent access, a private parking and a secluded courtyard.
Eden Park Hotel 's guests services include the swimming pool area, set in the centre of the resort, with the child pool, the area relax – aqua gym, the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi with 4 seats.
At our guests disposal sunbathes, sit poolside (set on the boarder of the swimming pool) to ensure well-being and relaxing days.
Our staff is at your disposal any possible special request, advises and suggestion.

Time limit for arrivals is 20:00, even if providing a regular reservation.

The pool is open to hotel guests and external customers from June 1 to September 15.
Reservations are not accepted. Use of the bathing cap is compulsory for swimming.

- Guests must give prior notice to hotel staff of time of arrival. Check in from 22:00 till 24:00 only on advance request upon reservation. Late check in - from 24:00 and later - is possible with an extra charge of 50% of the rate for the first night, even if providing regular reservation.
The apartment rent includes the use of the kitchen behind deposit; the kitchen must be left clean and tidy as its delivery upon arrival. The cleaning of the kitchen and washing dishes can be requested, and is intended as extra fee.
All small dogs are welcome guests all year, excluding the period from June 1 to September 15.
The pool is open from June 1 to September 15.
The Management reserves the right to change the opening period according to weather conditions
Entrance to pool is free for customers of Eden Park Resort, with the exception of the months of July and August, during which will apply a discount of 10% on the rates of the pool.

* All children are welcome.
* All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
