Hotel Touring opened its doors to its first guests at the end of the 1950s. It has thus seen and participated in the development and evolution of the town of Carpi for more than four decades as an important point of reference and meeting place for both local townsfolk and businesses. For its part, the local community has also followed with interest the different changes affecting the hotel over the years.
At the end of the 1990s it became necessary to undertake a large-scale modernisation process. This has involved three years of works. Now though, the hotel has recently opened for business again with a completely new image and fitted with the most up-to-date equipment. It can thus justly claim to be a modern hotel which has not abandoned its old traditions of hospitality, offering a high quality service , in harmony with the present and future needs of Carpi and its business community.

The hotel boasts 68 differently designed rooms, featuring three dominant colors: green, light blue and salmon; there are different categories of rooms with single, wide-single and double beds; plus, there are two suites.
Room service is offered from 7:00 to 24:00. Every day an ample buffet breakfast is served until 11 in the morning; breakfast is served in guests' rooms for no extra charge. The lobby offers a reading area in which the major newspapers are available for the guests' convenience. Small pets are welcome.
