"This is the first (and highest rated) of 4 hotels on this trip to charge for Wi-Fi Internet access. It seems unnecessary. The maid failed to make up the room one night despite a request to the Clef d'or on our way to dinner. Overall the staff treatment and courtesy was SUPERB. Thank you"

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful with travel directions, restaurant suggestions that respected our budget, and accommodation of various requests. Take your Hilton membership card with you when you go, it may be good for complimentary access to the extensive breakfast buffet!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, especially for the price. I felt the hotel itself was fantastic and good value for money, the staff were very helpful especially Isabella and Giovanni, bless 'em. I would definately recommend this hotel to all friends and family, although I was not too keen on Palermo itself. However I do have one little criticism, I would have preferred more variety in the breakfast and something hot as well, like eggs or sausages, they also could have done with some fresh fruit instead of canned fruit. Yet overall I enjoyed my stay their and they would have gotten a 10/10 if not for the breafast."

"The hotel was very nice. It was a little tricky finding it from The Palermo Airport, but once we did there was no problem. They recomended a restaurant next door which was great after a long flight from the states. In fact we ate there two nights. The food was very good. The hotel was very convienent to The Duomo in Monreal that we visited the next day. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions tht we had. I would recomend this hotel to friends."

"I would recommed that an option of twin beds is offered in all rooms. I was travelling with a friend and we were obliged to share the bed. Not necesarrily our first choice but nothing could be done. Excellent dinner suggestions were made by the staff. But the hotel should also include some less expensive, good quality and great view restaurant options. Good food is not necesarrily expensive: La botte, an excellent choice to offer your guests for dinner."
