Relais dei Fiori is a charming house with a welcoming setting that reflects the end of the century. There is a slight hint of Art Nouveau, that was arriving at that time in the upper class Italian high society.
The poet D'Annuzio speaks of the fresh way in which the 19th century architecture was approached in that time and the buildings took on a more gracious look and improved the surrounding area of Pisa, and one of these examples is Relais dei Fiori.

The estate, dating back from the late 1800's, is the perfect place for longer stays, in fact guests feel as if they are at home.

AnderLuca's American bar-Restaurant offers an assortment of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, hoping to please all palates.
It is possible to order appetizers before eating lunch, have a business lunch with a selection of first courses, keeping the meal light and respecting dietary needs. For the evening meal we recommend appetizers that are served from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. And then we serve a more formal dinner, with a wide variety of menu choices. .
The possibility of remaining flexible is the secret to our AnderLuca's American bar-Restaurant special. Here it is possible to find many types of food you are in the mood for whatever time of day. You may serve yourself, or a waitress will be happy to serve your food, and here guest will enjoy a nice time with the background music.

The Anderluca's American bar is available for organizing special events or gatherings such as graduation dinners, international breakfast, brunch, and after dinner there is always live music playing.
The restaurant serves a wide selection of wines, liqueurs and champagne from all over the world and, of course, a great selection of the most well-known Italian and French wines.
Our bar proudly serves a selection of local rums and whiskies from the Islands, an assortment of grapas, primeure, and of course hundreds of international cocktails prepared by the bar tenders.
