- If you want something very basic and purely a place to sleep, then this is it. It was cheap and not far from what everyone goes to Pisa for. Very close to the train station which makes it quick and easy when travelling onwards to further destinations. The lift is a little scary as is the surrounding streets at later in the evening.

- A nice surprise was that I could have a substitute for breakfast as early as 4:30 (drinks, cakes) when had to leave for early plane while the breakfast is served from 7:00 only. Wi-Fi connection was rather poor (frequent breaks, week signal).

- very pleasant front desk staff.basic hotel but location is A1. Airport shuttle a great advantage.Overall,a very good experience.

- The hotel itself, in my opinion was not a 3 star. We were upgraded to a suite because we reserved 2 twin beds and got a double. The 1st room was disappointing but the suite was, in my daughters saying, was getto fab. I really liked the suite although it needed some updating.
Having said that the staff was amazing! We came into town to stay for 1 night and couldn't find a decent hotel at a decent price in La Spezia, and the staff worked together to get us a 4 star at a great price in La Spezia. We spent 2 weeks in Italy in 6 cities and the staff at your hotel was by far the most friendly and helpful of any hotel we stayed at.
Over all we had a very nice stay at your hotel

- This is an older hotel so do not expect a fancy room and it was on the dingy side. What the room lacked was easily made up by the front desk staff. They were so good! They were helpful, pleasant and always had a smile for us. The breakfast was a different story. Staff was unfriendly and the food was dry/stale breads. The location is great with regards to the train station but it is a 25-30 minute walk to get to the tower of Pisa. Its an ok place to stay for one night but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.
