"The Hotel was great, loved the location, right across from the train station Excellent! I was dissappointed we had to pay for internet service. It was free in the lobby, which after 30min I gave up because I could not connect. So I had to pay. Once I did the connection was excellent. Why was that? The staff was courteous, but you got the feeling they were forced to because it was there job, it was actually a forced feeling with no above or beyond. All in all our stay was pleasant!"

"Very convenient for airport. We have used this hotel on previous occasions, when transiting Pisa. Check-in process is a little protracted. Our room carpets were well worn but the room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet so no problem getting a sleep. Nice buffet breakfast included in price. Overall good value for money."

"We made reservations based on a friend's experience in the summer of 2011 and were very pleased with the hotel except for the service in the restaurant at dinner. Although the staff was very polite, we (and other guests around us) had very long waits between courses. We were served by 3 different staff people so perhaps there was a staffing problem on that particular evening."

"If you want something very basic and purely a place to sleep, then this is it. It was cheap and not far from what everyone goes to Pisa for. Very close to the train station which makes it quick and easy when travelling onwards to further destinations. The lift is a little scary as is the surrounding streets at later in the evening."

"I was really very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is well located near the river and only a short walk to the main tourist attractions. I had a single room, which was large with a comfy bed and all the necessary facilities - safe, slippers, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee, a nice bathroom with a good shower and shampoos, gels, soaps, etc. A bit noisy perhaps as the road has quite a lot of traffic, but nothing earplugs couldn't muffle! The staff all spoke English and were friendly and helpful. I paid 49 euros per night, including a great buffet breakfast and a shuttle service to and from the airport, which I though was very good value. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"I requested a quiet room but was provided ground floor facing the street. It would ahve been more appropriate to proved me with a room facing the rear courtyard. Since it was one night I did not protest, but customer requests should be provided."

"The hotel was very well located and the staff were fantastic. The only issue for us was the size of the guest room, mainly because of the amount of luggage we had (we were travelling for over a month, however the view over the coutyard was very welcoming). The courtyard itself was also a welcome relief from the tourist chaos in Pisa."

"nice, very clean and very well situated hotel at 5 min from the cathedral and within easy walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. Just know that unfortunaltely there is no sound insulation, so you can almost hear your neighbors breathing."
