"Es un hotel perfecto para pasar una noche en tránsito. Está al lado del aeropuerto de Milán-Linate, y esa es su función principal: hotel de aeropuerto. Y la cumple muy bien, por cierto. Además, dado que sólo está a cinco quilómetros de Milán, y muy bien comunicado, es perfectamente posible plantearse -por el precio- otras alternativas a la de alojamiento de una noche. Hay que destacar el servicio gratuito de shuttle entre el hotel y el aeropuerto, y un desayuno extrañamente completo, e inesperado, en un hotel de estas características. También el trato exquisito del personal."

"It was an average hotel which we chose because of its location near the train station. Our room was tiny but fulfilled its purpose. The hotel lobby is very nice and the access to internet / wifi was useful. It was nice that the receptionist gave us a city map and explained all the important places and metro stations we need to know. Other interactions with staff was average..."

"We had to ask for a clean duvet. They replaced the coffe we drank, but not the sugar. They didn't give us soap or shampoo the second day. The room was small and dark. The breakfast provided and restaurant food was very good. Some front desk staff very friendly and accommodating, but one front desk staff never smiled and even scowed a lot. He made me feel unwelcome. Maybe he was concentrating on his English, which he spoke with a very hard to understand accent, or maybe he just didn't like us. Who knows?"

"They don't deserve the four stars they have. It is just a fine hotel, nothing special. I have a good time, however if go back to Milano I would try to find another hotel. The showeroom it is so small!!! They have a computer available for customers but you have to pay for it, the prices are quiet expensive, what a shame! It is really close to the city center and to the central station. There is a subway stop nearby."

"Nice, modern business hotel, located in a quiet street. Comfortable, clean and bright rooms. Ideal for those business travelers who have meetings around the Malpensa airport area. It is a bit out of the way, if you do not have a car, from the city center. I was impressed with the hotel standards."

"The Amadeus was better than we expected. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. All European hotel room are a litle on the small side, but we had no qualms about the quality of the room we had at the Amadeus. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends who would be after an affordable, convenient and comfortable hotel in Milan."

"Our only complaint was that the specific requests I had made when booking with yourselves were totally ignored. I was travelling with my 90 year old father and sister. I had requested adjoining rooms - one with a double bed for single occupancy and one with twin beds. On arrival we were assigned rooms on different floors. As this was quite unacceptable we were offered two rooms close together but the room assigned to my sister and myself had a double bed. The only alternative with twin beds was on the other side of the hotel which was unacceptable. The reception staff were not quite as helpful or apologetic as they might have been and informed me that they had received a request for two double rooms and implied it was my fault. What more they thought I could do than make my specific requests is beyond me."

"The maid was a little too clean, she kept moving my sewing materials around and she threw out a part of my pattern. Just a little over zealous with the cleaning, but I can't usually complain about that."

"I was pleased with the hotel and facilities despite reading some negative reviews. The only bad thing was that the air conditioning was turned off just after midnight until 5am and the room got very hot and I had to open the windows which let the mosquitoes in. I enquired at other hotels in the area and apparently it is standard practice to turn off the aircon over night!"
