"We were told there was an Internet connection in the room, it did not work they were waiting for it to be fixed, this was of no concern to them, it was to me as I had to take my work on vacation and as I had no Interenet connection it caused me a massive problem, I could have used the hotel computer but I needed to use my laptop. Also various activities were advertised on a board in reception, one a boat trip on lake Garda free to guests, when we applied we were told sorry not enough guests to make it worthwhile ! the hotel was full. This didn't go down well. Breakfast was very poor for the kind of money we paid, get better in a budget hotel in the UK, everything was there but not done well. Dinner was very good obviously organised by a different person. Other than that the hotel was perfect and we worth a stay, perfect location for a quite stay."
