- Lovely room, great location, good price, great service from nice, helpful, competent staff. My only quibble is that the screen on the window had holes in it - which translated to numerous mosquitoes in the room that plagued me through the nights. Room was ventilated (with windows closed) and comfortable with some air conditioning but no sign of a thermostat or control.

- The hotel was clean, with hot water, and well situated for the centre and railway station.Not a brilliant area, but I felt safe as a single woman travelling alone.The staff were all friendly and helpfull. Everything was fine, but having stayed in various hotels around Italy, I would choose 4 star hotels in the future.

- Don't hesitate. Stay here. The staff were so absolutely wonderful, I cannot say enough. Their restaurant recommendation was spot on. And the location simply cannot be beat.

- This was a great hotel for an one or two night stay, very easy to find, with friendly staff, clean rooms and a really good shower. Only criticism is that the beds were hard!

- Being a non-smoker I found the whole hotel to be in a bit of a haze of smoke. That was a bit disappointing becasue it is nice to at least have your hotel be an escape from all the cigarette smoke that you are exposed to everywhere else. Other than that the hotel was fine.
