"Compared to other four star hotels we stayed, the Tre Vechhi was less expensive but also less attractive. My suggestion is to reclassify it to a three star hotel to avoid such (negative) comparison."

"A very minor point - the green soap that was used in our room disappeared with one wash and was NOT replaced each day. The friendly and very helpful male staff, that we encounted during our three days, made our time with you enjoyable thank you :) The breakfast menu was extensive and catered for all tastes - well done chef. The hotel was so very close to the station and within walking distance to the centre of the city - a perfect hotel for Eurotrain travellers like us!"

"Assolutamente tutto perfetto!! Sono stato una notte soltanto ma sembrava di essere a casa. Era la prima volta che prenotavo in questo nuovo hotel di Bologna ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Lo staff veramente molto gentile e professionale. Camera molto bella con colori azzeccatissimi. Il bagno che per me è fondamentale era pulitissimo e con il piatto doccia molto largo e comodo. Ho cenato in hotel e ho provato il menu bolognese (buonissimo) ad un prezzo veramente ragionevole. La colazione assolutamente ricca e gustosa. Raramente do un giudizio eccellente, ma al Cosmopolitan non potevo non darlo."

"I was well served by all the Hotel staff and my accommodation was comfortable. However when I came back to my country I found that the hotel miscalculated my fees of accommodation so that the bank made a transaction that does not suit with the number of my accommodation days. I informed the hotel about the problem and they reply back to me saying that the responsible employee is absent today so they will try their best to solve the problem once up he comes back. Therefore I wish that the problem will not take time to be solved. Best Regards"

"Hotel, room and location were much better than I anticipated. The terrace was fabulous. The frint desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would better publicize the free city tour on Sunday (which was very good). Overall great hotel and I wrote it up as 5 stars in TripAdvisor.com (under RLWorangepark) "

"No large wall plugs in my room to charge my PC. I only found one suitable plug in the corridor, where the cleaners plug in the vacuum. This was very discomforting!!! but the only one. Good value for money"

"The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is realy nice but the hotel is far from the city center bus (35) goes only until 20:00 and there is nothing around the hotel (no bar, no restaurant). I recomend this hotel for those whith car. PS. The breakfast is wonderful."

"Giardinetto is a great hotel for value for money. We always come back willingly. It's in an area close enough to the center of Bologna and provided a lot of restaurants and other services.The staff is also friendly and professional"

"We were not fluent in Italian language but the staff was very good in conversing in English and made the stay very enjoyable. Plus, we wanted to visit a small village southeast of Bologna and one of the young ladies at the reception desk was very helpful in planing a train schedule and bus schedule that worked perfectly. We were traveling by train and the hotel was within easy walking distance from the station as well as most of the places of interest within the city center. The staff recommended several good restaurents as well. We enjoyed the city very much. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much! The only thing that disappointed us was the fact, that the hotel restaurant on Sunday night was only offering a buffet - we therefore had to go to eat out."

"Outstandingly pleasant and helpful staff. Only drawbacks minor: bizarre coffee machine in the room that they couldn't tell us how to work and an awkward shower. We were very happy indeed with our choice. Also with the splendid breakfasts!"

"The hotel deco is a little out dated and carpet needs immediate attention. However, the staffs are extremely friendly and very helpful whenever asked. I will definitely come back and stay here again and hopefully see a new renovation done."
