The Villa was built in the 1700's for the Sette family to escape the summer heart of Venice.
The Barchessa dates from 1500 and was used as a shelter for animals and for grain storage.
Napoleon's troops sequestered the Villa during the battle of Brenta.

Ca' 7 restaurant uses fresh vegetables in season, meat from local sources, line-caught seafood prepared with flair in a peaceful setting.
