- The receptionist was excellent as on my booking request I asked for twin beds but when I arrived it was a 'double'; arrangement very smoothly arranged but unfortunately no frig in room just an empty space. This did not however spoil the stay or the impression of service and omfort. Thankyou again, we shall return.

- As a user of Park International on previous occasions during the refurbishment I congratulate you on the progress and minimal intrusion on your normal every day excellence. The results so far are really taking the hotel into another league.
The reception staff were courteous, welcoming and charming. The process was painless. I shall come again when in London.

- The room was very small and renovation works were going on - not sure if it was worth the price.
