- Front Desk folks were great...they were of great help to us. Unfortunately, the beds were rather 'hard' and I found it hard to sleep. While they did trade out my matress, the new one was almost as hard. But, I apprecicate the fact that the housekeepintg and front desk staff did trade out my mattress. Hard to move around in the room as the room was a little small. Niceness of front desk staff, location of hotel to tourist attractions/transportation (especially the tube)offset the poor quality of the beds. Will recommend to others with qualifications.

- Have not stayed in London before, but compare to Berlin this hotellroom is a 1 star and priced 50% lower

- We booked a standard double ensuite room, which was very little but clean. We managed to change it with a bigger one but the additional price wasn't worth it.
All empolyees (but one) were kind. The restaurant is good, we had excellent malaysian food at an average price for London.
The location is excellent, near to different tube stations (the nearest Queensway) and bus stations, 2 minutes walk from Hyde Park.
