"As a mother travelling with several children the hotel was perfect for what we needed as we were visiting disneyland and only needed it to sleep and shower. The room (244) was a bit small when all beds were pulled out compared to my friends room (505)as there was not room to move around. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be helpful to have instructions of how safe works and it appeared there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel but it never seemed open I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you"

"No meal service other than breakfast. Bar only open on request - rather a chore for the staff concerned! Quiet location a real benefit away - but not too far - from main tourist areas. Second visit and would definitely stay there again. Needs to invest in a high chair for babies."

"Parking was not included, we thought this was mentioned on the website. During our stay we heard that there was an additional fee for parking. Please mention this and the costs on your website, but also the fact that you have a public parking right around the corner. "

"I qualified 'room comfort' as 'poor' only because of the very bad quality of the second bed (a coach) which was not wat you expect at this price level. Furthermore there was a sigaret smell in the bathroom probably coming through the ventilationhoses."

"The shower space is a bit not useful. Water spred around from the cartain. I prefer that the cartain must be longer."

"Hello, we were all very happy with the hotel and the big bed. We chose to be in this part of Paris as a friend of ours lives nearby. But otherwise great location near the canal. There is more to Paris than the Louvre and certainly for those who have been to Paris before. The 19th district is an interesting area and the canal is just a great place to hang out on a sunny day. Good play ground too. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the check-in was the quickest I ever had in my life and with 2 tired kids this was very much appreciated. I liked the design and breakfast was OK. Overall, great hotel. Would love to come back."

"We got a great deal on this hotel. It had a great feel, the staff were very friendly, and it was a five minute walk to a metro station! Never felt unsafe walking back to it at night either. It's in a great area. Would recommend!"

"It is clear that the rooms are ready for some refreshment in regard to paint/ finish/ curtains and so forth. Main problem…..using the shower/bathtub…all the water that came on the outside of the shower/bathtub I had to dry up my self since there was no draining and the angle of the floor was the opposite of what it should have been to secure correct draining of excessive water."

"The front of the hotel is covered in scaffolding, as the facade is apparently being spray washed. However, at not time during our stay were there workmen present. Certainly the deluxe rooms at the back are a roomy, quiet, overlook the garden and are a very good value at a slightly extra cost. "

"The room was approximately 6' x 14' plus a clean bathroom ensuite. The bed was a single bed with a cover and a carpet, that you did not want to have skin contact with. Although the sheets appeared to be clean. No shampoo, no hair dryer or iron. No face-cloth. One small and one larger towel. The service was not overly helpful, but that may have been due to my almost non-existent French. However, at the end of it all, the locations is amazing, just steps away from the Louvre. Hardly spent anytime at the Hotel, except to sleep. And it is fabulous Paris!!"

"This Hotel worked out perfectly for us. It was right in the middle of both Gare du Nord and Gare du Est and was at major metro line intersections. It was clean, unpretentious and friendly-enough. We would definitely stay here again."

"Buffet breakfast for EUR 12 and variety of food available is poor: different types of cakes, some cheese, fruits. NO meat or porridge. Some stuff available for additional price. It is better to take breakfast somewhere outside. For that money you can buy much more to eat. Room isolation in not perfect. Doors of rooms and staircase are slamming tightly. Small bar with TV and good variety of press and local guide magazine "Paris. Where". There is a bicycle rent terminal one block from here - the best way to observe Paris center!!!"

"The hotel is in the throes of renovation. I would suggest that the shower stall be outfitted with a place for soap and shampoo, and some shelves be installed beside the bathroom mirror. There is very little room on the counter for toiletries. My stay was most enjoyable. Employees were particularly pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet."
