26 March 2011"Please change the mattresses on the bed as they are already sagging in the middle. I asked the housekeeper to turn it over, the reverse side was slightly better but still had no more bounce. As there was also no airconditioning and room tended to be air-less and hot, I had to open the balcony door. I noticed that other balconies were connected by cement floor and so it is easy to hop from one balcony to the next. At night, being female, I didn't want unwanted intruders getting into the room while I was resting. Hence, had a fitful sleep. Need more security features on balcony/door. Also pls check your phones because the audio reception had static and intermittent sound drop-outs. This is an impediment to our ability to conduct business via conference calls. Nevertheless, have recommended this hotel to business associates who normally stay in hotels in Sophia Antipolis or Juans le Pins because of the following: Bus 230 that only takes 40 minutes to travel from your hotel to conference centers in Sophia Antipolis, excellent view of the bay, wide gourmet restaurant selection and shopping close to your hotel."

30 November 2009"The people who worked at the front desk were minimally helpful (except for the main house-keeping woman who was extremely friendly and seemed to be there night and day!) Others usually acted sort of surprised if you asked a question or required some detailed information. The attitude seemed to be sort of "the hotel is in the best location and has a great view, why ask for more?" The hotel is not inexpensive (even in mid-November). The rooms are small, the breakfast is not great and very expensive (for 14 Euros, or USD22!) For the lack of service at the hotel, they should seriously consider including the breakfast in the cost of the room."
