- A/C thermostat in room does not actually regulate the A/C, therefore the choices are: A/C on and one freezes at night; or A/C off and it gets hot after a while.
Entrance door to room 118 does not close properly and a push or a pull is sufficient to open it.
Service staff at breakfast is insufficient / overworked and consequently borderline rude
(not intentionally rude).

- This hotel was perfect for our short stopover in Madrid. We arrived by train late in the evening and had to catch a flight early the next morning. The free airport shuttle from the Osuna was very convenient.

- I was impressed by the behaviour of the receptionist when he chose to knock at my room door at 5:15 a.m. in order to perform his wake-up call soon after discovering that the telephone in my room had not been put down properly.
