- I only had 2 days in Madrid and i lost plenty of time waiting for hot water in the shower. Asking the reception about it, no one offered any help.
When I ordered the room, there was an included bike for touring Madrid. It was not available. You should have more bikes or shouldn't offer it on the reservation moment.
Your reception team should be more prepared to answer to guests in more critical moments, which shouldn't happen, but apparently they do in Petit Palace.
