Our RESTAURANT ME RESTAURANT & LOUNGE is divided into two: ME RESTAURANT & LOUNGE prepares Mediterranean style cuisine with Italian, American and Asian flavours, prepared with seasonal products. There are two private rooms that accommodate between 8-10 persons.
The DINING ROOM, is where we serve our abundant Mediterranean style breakfast including both European and American a la carte favourites.
The ME RESTAURANT & LOUNGE faces onto the Plaza Santa Ana where you may enjoy a cocktail or Sunday brunch.
THE ROOF BAR & TERRAZA is found on the terrace where you will enjoy spectacular evenings under the stars with wonderful views of the city.
For your meetings, the Hotel ME offers a room measuring 409m2 for up to as many as 210 people, able to configure into 7 different rooms of different sizes. This is perfect for organising smaller meetings, press conferences, work related meetings and dinners.
The terrace THE ROOF offers a wonderful context for parties, and the private VIP, can accommodate up to 40 people for those who wish to celebrate with a bit more privacy.
Our guests will enjoy the various services offered by the hotel: 24 hour gym, laundry service, dry cleaning, personalised door service, business service open 24 hours 7 days a week, high speed internet connection, porters, scanner and computer, complimentary daily newspaper, wake up call and "everything is possible " reception service.

- Good - excellent bed, room quite, Desk service
Bad - Lifts slow, key cards continually fail, Room floor not cleaned, Charge for use of room computer - free in much cheaper hotels, Cover charge on card 100 euro + room fee. Not stated, caused Credit Card fraud inquiry.

- Our stay at the ME Madrid was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend the hotel for its location and value. The front lobby staff was professional and attentive. All our requests were answered promptly and our comfort truly seemed to matter to the hotel staff. The hotel has been recently renovated and the compact room had a plethora of technologies from the heated bathroom to a fabulous modern shower stall with jets. The television and access to international channels was superior. The business center was always accessible and empty. My only negative was that even though the hotel supposedly has Madrid's best suites our room was tiny with only an interior window to an enclosed courtyard. The deluxe doubles are modern and luxurious with great beds, however the limited room space only large enough for the bed and the built in cabinets made it feel like one was in an Egyptian tomb comfortably appointed but a tomb none the less. My partner and I had sleeping issues because it was claustrophobic and the only place to sit in the room was the bed as the desk chair literally touch the bed when one sat in it. I must admit that an upgrade was available for a thirty percent increase in price and we chose to stay in the room we had booked online.
All in all I give the hotel a thumbs up on location, value, and exceptional personal service. If you need breathing space do not book the deluxe double.

Good location, good design but cleanliness of the bed to be improved.
Staff a little bit over excited.
Tv in the room a mess to make work.

- It might be better to prepare cheaper brackfast, e.g. quick brakfast of 10euros.

- Room 123 - hallway in the room is a bit dark. Couldn't see much. Also, since the room is so small, there wasn't enough floor space to open up the suitcase to pack/unpack. Hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful!
