This room was not in line with the price we payed gave us a really bad impression of the hotel. When complaining we were directly given a new, much better room. If we would have been given this room in the first place our rating of the hotel would have been higher."

Also, it is very easy to move around other areas in the city. The room was very small. Besides the bathroom, there is really not much space to move around."

20 September 2011"The place isn't very fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The reason I'll recommend it is the location. The hotel location is brilliant! It's a 2-minutes walk from a metro and train stop (El Clot), which makes it very easy to move around town and also to get from and to the airport by train. Plus, it's a 15-minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia, which was our favorite attraction in the city. That way we managed to go there by day and also by night (very recommnded). The staff is nice enough and the area's quiet."

I'm not expecting them to know Greek but not knowing English and try to communicate with your hands is unacceptable. That was the only drawback. Apart from that the hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean and tidy and i consider it ideal to spend your holidays in barca"

We had to wait more than one hour during the check-in after check-in time. we were on a schedule so it was an unfortunate event for us. there weren't enough towels in the room. the stuff in the room was not enough for a 4 star hotel it must be a little more luxurious than that."

3 June 2010"Perfect location if travelling to Camp Nou. Seven tram stops on tram 1,2 & 3 across and along the road from hotel takes you 5 minutes from stadium. No. 27 bus takes you to Estacio Sants - handy if flying from Reus Airport. Bus stop across from the hotel - buses take you to Plaza de Catalunya. Hotel is immaculate, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I stayed here a couple of years ago and everything was perfect, hence the reason for re-booking. We will be back."

14 September 2009"The one issue we had was the laptop that was in our room was not working and was locked up. We notified the front desk clerk and she happily and quickly swapped it out for a working one so our could have been bad situation was turned into a good one. Thank you!"
