"The hotel is ideally placed away from the main tourist area, e.g. Wencelas Square. Old Town Square, Prague Castle.We found this ideal as immediately outside the hotel is a tram stop, a metro station and a bus station. The quickest facility to the main tourist area is less than 10 minutes on the metro. Trains are very frequent and this goes for the trams as well. The hotel staff are multi lingual and nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. A modern shopping centre is situated only one tram stop or 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay there."

"The room had problems with aircon during a very hot stay. A one speed fan was provided near the end of the stay but that was our fault for not reporting it before. There were several minor 'ageing' problems with the room but overall we had a good stay and everyone was very helpful."

"On average it takes half an hour to get to the center. The hotel service is ok, their facilities are good, but some of the employee lack kindness and caring about the customer. We also got wrong information."

"Excellent choice, quiet street , close to everything, good value. The only time we ate on the premises, other than the included breakfast buffet, we thought it was way over priced. $10 for a bottle of water in the room! There is smoking in the lobby, but maybe that is the norm in Prague? We would have liked to have ended our day with a coffee in the bar but it was too smokey. We tried to go into the restaurant late one night, where there was lovely music playing, and we were shooed away by the maitre d' because we were not going to order dinner, we wanted dessert only. Thankfully, the room was equipped with an electric tea kettle and free tea!"

"Negatives, i booked direct with the hotel an extra 2 x double rooms in September, upon arrival my party were told they had been a mistake and had to spend the 1st night in another hotel around the corner. We were allocated room no. 22 which was a beautiful big room, the only downside was it looked directly out onto the main street, and the noise was pretty bad as the windows werent double glazed. Anyone staying should request a room at the bad of the courtyard."

"A beautiful property. Wonderfully decorated and maintained. Terrific service and excellent and well trained staff. A true five star property in all dimensions. If someone is looking for a small, boutique hotel where you will be pampered and your needs looked after, this is an excellent choice. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the tourist areas. For some this may be a positive, for others a negative."
