9 July 2008"Our stay was fantastic. I was nervous booking online when I hadn't seen the property in person, but I was not disappointed. The reception is gorgeous and the staff are all very helpful. They set up tours for us, sold us tickets to the metro, and helped us with all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was very large. The shower was spacious and always felt nice after a long day. The breakfast is delicious and there weas always plenty (even when we arrived with only 30 minutes left). Having free breakfast every morning was a real advantage. There is a computer in the lobby with free internet. This was very helpful when we needed to book restaurants, email family, etc. I also got engaged on this trip - so it was extra romantic! :-) I highly recommend Hotel Lenoardo."

11 February 2010"It is very confusing with the two Corinthia hotels in Prague and not always clear on the websites. We arrived at the wrong hotel the first time around. There should also be the possibility to pay for daily use of the spa/gym and not just one or two hours. Also, the lack of a drinking water fountain up on Topdeck is not acceptable, and the fact that none of the taps cannot be turned fully to cold in the sinks is ridiculous. Besides this there was written something about a 'complementary fruit basket' on the key card in connection with the executive upgrade, which we were told was 'out of date'. Not very professional. The 'complementary' mineral water was impossible to find and we opened the 'wrong' bottle and were charged in full for it even though the other (much smaller) bottle was unopened. It is also interesting to note that the price of a beer in the hotel bar is 4 times the price of a beer in the city and twice the price of a beer in the Casino..."
