The Vintage Hotel Sax is characterised by a classical appearance, even if it is medieval and dates back to the 14th century. A blacksmith named Sax was once is owner and the building also served as an orphanage, during the 16th century, and a hospital for the poor in the 18th century. It became an apartment block in the 19th century until 1994, when it became at the end a hotel. The interiors are furnished with things dating back to the 1950s, 60s and 70s, and the designs have been created by the architects Nadi Sádovská and Jaromír Pitzinger.
