I called the reception trying to leave a message to friends who were waiting for me.
Although the employess spoke English quite fluently, I got the impression, the wanted to get rid of me on the phone as fast as possible. The first one put me through to the reception without listening what I wanted to ask and then I had to insist 3times to be put through to the room. When nobody picked up at the room, I left a message.--The next day I found out, it never got to my friends...
They also hung up on me before I could ask one more thing..

The hotel is ideally placed away from the main tourist area, e.g. Wencelas Square. Old Town Square, Prague Castle.We found this ideal as immediately outside the hotel is a tram stop, a metro station and a bus station. The quickest facility to the main tourist area is less than 10 minutes on the metro. Trains are very frequent and this goes for the trams as well. The hotel staff are multi lingual and nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. A modern shopping centre is situated only one tram stop or 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay there.
