9 July 2008"Our stay was fantastic. I was nervous booking online when I hadn't seen the property in person, but I was not disappointed. The reception is gorgeous and the staff are all very helpful. They set up tours for us, sold us tickets to the metro, and helped us with all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was very large. The shower was spacious and always felt nice after a long day. The breakfast is delicious and there weas always plenty (even when we arrived with only 30 minutes left). Having free breakfast every morning was a real advantage. There is a computer in the lobby with free internet. This was very helpful when we needed to book restaurants, email family, etc. I also got engaged on this trip - so it was extra romantic! :-) I highly recommend Hotel Lenoardo."

2 October 2010"I called the reception trying to leave a message to friends who were waiting for me. Although the employess spoke English quite fluently, I got the impression, the wanted to get rid of me on the phone as fast as possible. The first one put me through to the reception without listening what I wanted to ask and then I had to insist 3times to be put through to the room. When nobody picked up at the room, I left a message.--The next day I found out, it never got to my friends... They also hung up on me before I could ask one more thing.."

16 May 2008"We spent a very good time in Praga and in the Ametyst hotel. We have 3 children aged from 10 to 13 so it was very easy to walk in the morning to the metro station (7 minutes) or even to the city center (20 minutes). The hotel is well situated in a quite area, the rooms are very nice and very clean and the breakfast was great. Therefore, I would advice Ametyst hotel and come back in the future. Thank you!"

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable but with no outlook I would not have wanted to spend too much time there if the weather had been inclement. As it was the location was superb for access to the city sights"
