The Levante Parliament - Design Hotel

The hotel staff were helpful but management was not very resourceful. during the hot days, we were without air conditioning! only on the 3rd night were we offered a fan-clearly not acceptable for a 4 star hotel that is part of the design hotel group. he did give us a 10% discount - a gesture that was appreciated. i believe there are better options in vienna thank you

The hotel is very nice. i must just say that we had a very small room (despite we booked a twin superior), which is a pity for a stay of 4 nights and we had some very noisy neighbours. too bad !

I suggest that the hotel restaurant would open on sundays; as on sundays, most restaurant and other facilities are closed in vienna. the hotel provides nice high tech in the rooms (sound-system, light-dimmers, etc); however, some of these needs maintenance. however, the staff are very efficient and creatively helpful, especially at the front desk. the food is great at the restaurant. this is my second time to stay in this hotel, and i will likely want to visit it next time i will be in vienna.

Specific requests such as a twin room weren't received by the hotel after booking. the hotel was very accommodating in changing the room but the guaranteed twin room was one of the main reasons to choose the hotel. internet and phone were both patchy. front desk service was excellent.

Only hotel in vienna i need to know. perfect.
