Really good value< special accolades to concierge and check in services.

The overall quality of my stay in the hotel was very good and i definitely enjoyed it very much. however there is one small detail which i would like to suggest to make it even better. the bathroom light is very strong and that is nice in my opinion, but it should be also possible to lower its intensity, particularly at night time in the dark if one has to find his way into the bathroom without getting this huge flash light in his eyes when turning the lights on. some time it is the small details that make the difference.

A small group of 4 women in 2 rooms found this hotel beautifully situated near the museum quarter. although we only stayed one night, we had easy access to restaurants, museums and the public parks, making very effective use of the time we had available- one evening and the next morning. the included buffet breakfast was one of the best we have experienced anywhere in europe. we found it very easy to get a cab to the airport as well. would be delighted to stay at the maria theresa again. many thanks to the staff and management m. leonard (canada)

Every times we stay at your's, we satisfy with all of your services. especialy the service of the staff at the reception and at the breakfirst room is excellent. we would anytime in future,when we could have a chance to visit wien,stay at your's. only one wish from my wife is the line equippment at the bathroom to hang the washed shirts and such.

The front desk was not very helpful. twice we asked for directions and both times they vaguely waved their hand in a general direction - new city, unknown language and that was the best they could do? a waitress at breakfast was very attentive and kept my coffee cup filled. i didn't see her my last two days and would have liked to thank her for taking good care of me in the morning.

Excellent hotel- i am returning there every year at least once a year for the past 5 years!!
