The TV satellite did not work and as a result no BBC - also, it was hard to get help from the front desk because their time on duty was so limited. For example, wake up calls, asking for train, ferry directions - we tried to call your sister hotel but no one ever answered. Otherwise, great place.

There were three couples in our group. The hotel was nice enough to place on the same floor.
Since the front desk closes at six, I would suggest having an emergency contact number posted for after hours, i.e. medical, fires.

Enjoyed the neighborhood - Oliva Verde is a surprisingly good little Italian restaurant! And the Rathaus Christmas market was a pleasant local experience too - thanks to your staff for recommending a visit. We couldn't have been more pleased with the rooms; they were warm in winter and even more spacious than the pictures suggested. Even our teen-agers enjoyed their stay!

The hotel apartment was very clean, spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The courtyard is a lovely setting to dine at breakfast time.
The hotel/apartment setting is ideal, quiet location and yet close to amenities.
The breakfast is very sparse i.e. cheese spreads and pate or jam with bread or croissants, orange juice, tea coffee. NO cereals, fruit or yoghurt.
